Bayberry Village is located on the Auburn/Worcester line. Bayberry consists of 32 units spread out over nine buildings. The buildings range in size from duplexes to eight-plexes. RPM provides full service property management. Bayberry Village has vinyl sided the complex, installed a new drainage system and replaced underground wiring for the addition of new exterior lighting. Bayberry was able to balance a deficit reserve and complete all of these projects with bank financing, while level funding the fees.
